2. Information We Collect

a) Account & Business Information

When you register for Ceylo Labs, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment information. This information is used to create and manage your account.

b) WhatsApp Message Data

As part of providing the CRM and chatbot service, we process WhatsApp messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business account. This includes message content, timestamps, media files, and contact identifiers.

c) Contact & Customer Data

We store the WhatsApp contact information of your customers as part of the CRM functionality. This may include phone numbers, names (where provided), and conversation history.

d) Conversation Logs

We store conversation logs for CRM purposes. These logs allow your team to view historical interactions, track customer journeys, and maintain continuity of service.

e) Usage & Analytics Data

We collect data about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information. This data is used to improve the product and user experience.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Conversation logs and CRM data are retained for a minimum of 12 months and may be retained longer depending on your plan. Upon account closure, you may request deletion of your data by contacting hello@ceylolabs.com.
