Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ceylo Labs platform and services provided by Chandira Holdings (Private) Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Sri Lanka, operating the platform at ceylolabs.com.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
Ceylo Labs provides a WhatsApp Business API platform that includes chatbot automation, a shared CRM inbox, broadcast messaging, analytics, and third-party integrations (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are delivered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
a) Plans
We offer a free trial and paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Features and usage limits vary by plan.
b) Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue.
c) Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are as stated on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
d) Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. WhatsApp Business API & Meta Compliance
Our Services operate through the WhatsApp Business API, governed by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our Services, you agree to comply with:
- Meta's Terms of Service (facebook.com/terms)
- WhatsApp Business Policy (whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy)
- WhatsApp Commerce Policy
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our platform complies with all applicable Meta policies. Violations may result in restriction of your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta, for which we bear no liability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our Services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages to contacts who have not opted in
- Send misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent communications
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of Chandira Holdings (Private) Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our written permission.
Your content (messages, chatbot flows, contacts) remains yours. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Services.
8. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at ceylolabs.com/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandira Holdings (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
